Bright HF is an independent user-centred design consultancy with a knowledge base of over 14 years experience of providing high quality consultancy and research to a diverse range of industries within the public and private sector. Bright HF’s breadth of experience in Human Factors, Ergonomics and Usability across a range of sectors allows extensive insight and opportunities for cross-pollination into your business from other industries.

The consultancy is based in Scotland and has clients throughout the UK from south west England to north east Scotland.

Bright HF has a range of Associate Consultants who bring diversity and high quality technical experience. The consultancy is also an Associate of a wide range of companies which bring additional services and expertise.

Qualifications and Affiliations

Bright HF is managed by Eleanor Forrest who gained a BA (Hons) Psychology from University of Strathclyde. After graduation Eleanor worked for DERA (now QinetiQ) and has worked as a consultant to a wide variety of customers.
